What a wonderful time we had in Trausse Minervois. The house was beautiful beyond our wildest dreams. The villagers were incredibly friendly, we had stunning weather, cycled, wine tasted, went sight seeing, relaxed and still felt that we only scratched the surface of what was on offer in the area.

We have had a lovely two weeks together – good eating and drinking, and nights playing monopoly and more drinking! The books and DVDs were most welcome and well used.

Two weeks have flown by and we really did not want to leave! The house and grounds have had a wonderfully relaxing effect on all of us. We found the village very welcoming and the surrounding area has lots to explore. The july 14th fireworks at were amazing!

We all loved your beautiful house and romantic grounds, we loved the pool the big kitchen and the snug, when the heat was unbearable for the kids. We ate in a lot, and had great monkfish, mackerel and langoustine from the Peyriac fish shop and wonderful fois gras from the van in the square.

Thank you so much for loaning us your wonderful home in this fantastic corner of France. Coming from Dubai, where nothing ever stops, its been a step back in time where people say ‘Bonjour’ to a complete stranger.

We had a wonderful holiday. the children loved the pool and our son learned to swim! The adults loved the big table – long evenings eating, drinking and talking. We were lucky enough to coincide with the cherry festival. The village restaurant was enjoyed too.
